Court has a B.S. from Northwestern State University and is a licensed Notary Public. He brings over 20 years of human resource knowledge, accounting expertise, extensive legal experience, and office management skills to the firm.  He is actively involved as a leader in community associations and non-profit organizations which has provided him with a vast background of organizational, leadership, and administrative training.

Leslie serves as Executive Assistant to Harris H. “Trip” Barnes, III. She attended Hinds Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi majoring in public relations and advertising and minoring in art history. She brings 30 years of experience in the legal field.

Misty Gordin

PARALEGAL

Misty is a paralegal working in the areas of Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Probate and Trust Litigation.

Misty graduated from East Rankin Academy and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern Mississippi. Misty earned a Certified Paralegal certificate from NALA and an Advanced Paralegal Certification in trial practice.

Misty’s paralegal experience is varied and includes work in estate and probate matters, eminent domain, and many areas of litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, business litigation, and healthcare law.
